2002 as a Senior Real Estate Executive with a proven record of
accomplishment and strength in a number of significant areas,
including, but not limited to Real Estate Marketing & Sales,
Contract and Lease Negotiations, Corporate Advisory Services,
Landlord/Tenant Representation, Design of Leasing Programs,
Property Valuation & Financial Analysis.

Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York. He spent his junior year

Doctorate degree from Fordham Law School, New York, and was
