Mr. Rubens joined Murray Hill Properties in
2002 as a Senior Real Estate Executive with a proven record of
accomplishment and strength in a number of significant areas,
including, but not limited to Real Estate Marketing & Sales,
Contract and Lease Negotiations, Corporate Advisory Services,
Landlord/Tenant Representation, Design of Leasing Programs,
Property Valuation & Financial Analysis.

for 1251 Avenue of the Americas, the former Exxon building, 660
Madison Avenue, 152 West 57th Street a.k.a. Carnegie Hall tower,
and numerous midtown south properties. |
| Mr. Rubens holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York. He spent his junior year
at The Sorbonne, Paris, France. Mr. Rubens also holds a Juris
Doctorate degree from Fordham Law School, New York, and was
admitted to the Bar in
